I am writing to you today because of the outstanding service I have received over the past four months from one of your realtors. I have been casually looking into purchasing my first home for close to 6 months, and as of yesterday my dream has become a reality.

It wasn’t until I came across an open house in Maple Ridge where I met a realtor named Telf Maynard that made me serious about a new home. I did not have a realtor at the time and Telf had politely offered to email me some listings that matched my search criteria. Within the emails I was sent by Telf I found multiple listings that I was interested in.

He drove out from Kerrisdale to Maple Ridge on different occasions to show me multiple listings but I was still unsure. After attending an open house I had asked Telf if I could see a house I looked at before. Within the Hour Telf had set up a viewing of the house I was interested in. This ended up being the house I decided on purchasing. After all the paperwork was signed Telf still went to bat for me regarding some minor issues from the house inspection.

His perseverance and willingness to his client is the reason this house was sold to me. His professional and patient demeanour was undoubtedly the best I ever could expect from a realtor. Telf has made this first major purchasing experience a pleasure, and I will most definitely be using and referring him for future real estate inquiries.
