MLS Search - 48-hour Delay

Use this to search all MLS listings.  You get a better search interface than you will find elsewhere, with more customizable options.  You can view most information about all listings in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

MLS+ Search - No Delay

The MLS+ Search requires you to enter your name and email address, and then verify your email address before you can access to the extra information.  The advantage to you is that you have instant access to new listings, and can see much more information about each listing than you will find on the public MLS.ca and Realtor.ca search sites.  You can also save your search and have us automatically email you all new listings that match your search criteria.

Neighbourhood Search

Use one of our pre-defined searches to quickly find the info you are looking for.  The Real Estate Board has defined areas that can be a bit confusing for most people.  For example, a house for sale at 38th & Dunbar (what most people would call "Dunbar") is in the neighbourhood of "Southlands" and a condo for sale at 40th & Arbutus (in the heart of Kerrisdale) is in the neighbourhood of "Arbutus Ridge".  What most people call "South Granville" is "Fairview".  And what people call "Marpole", the REB calls "South Granville".....

This search solves these problems by having a more liberal definition of each neighbourhood's boundaries.  A search for all condos in Kerrisdale will actually bring up all condos in Kerrisdale.
