The Stirling is the name for the new townhouse development at 39th & Dunbar. When completed in early 2010, it will consist of 16 large-ish townhouses, somewhat resembling those in the developer's drawings above. They are planning for 28,000 square feet of development, which will consist of townhouses ranging from 1547 to 2037 sq ft, and with up to 4 bedrooms. There will also be a secured underground parking garage.
Pre-sales took place in May 2009, and further sales are likely to be by show suite once construction is complete.
The developer is Formwerks Developments and The Airey Group. The project is being marketed by RE/MAX Ken Leong and the official website can be found at www.StirlingLiving.ca
The official marketing language says:
